Our customers include co-ops; independent farm, feed and seed dealers; landscapers; contractors; garden centers; sod farms; golf courses; sporting, hunting and archery shops; and wildlife food plot installers.

The ideal candidate will:

• be a Certified Crop Advisor
• have a minimum 4-year degree, preferably in agronomy
• have a proven and successful sales gene
• come from a farming background
• have an avid interest in the outdoors, especially hunting
• be willing to travel and have a sound driving record
• have excellent communication and computer skills

Responsibilities of the position include:

• maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
• developing new business
• accurately pricing and quoting seed/seed mixes to maximize company profit
• actively participating in sales meetings
• attending trade shows
• preparing and presenting promotional wildlife seminars
• maintaining a seed warehouse
• collaborating with co-workers to ship orders efficiently
• maintaining a company vehicle and field office equipment
• delivering small, special or urgent orders
• coordinating end-of-year seed returns
